The operating principle of radiant panels with metallic fiber:
The radiant panel is constituted out of a series of tubular radiant burners with metallic fiber parallel in a panel construction. Flue gases are collected and evacuated with th help of an extractor located in the center of the panel. For here, heat can be recovered and used like a convective element in the heating/drying process afferent to the panel or in other distinctive thermal processes. The premix engine module related to the burners, key component to the equipment, has the role to premix the introduced combustion air by a special fan with a variable speed and with the gas introduced through a multifunctional valve.
The system is held under control by the control panel and controling the flame. Through the stainless steel tube the fuel mixture is directed and distributed to the MFB (Metal Fiber Burners), where surface combustion takes place in radiant regime.
The reflector focuses and guides the infrared rays in the wanted direction set by the user. The burner with modulation, adapts its set power asked by the consumer. The system can be thermostatically set and so can the maximum radiation intensity.
