Operating principle for the hot air generator:

The tubular premix burner transmits heat through the cylindrical source radiation. Flue gases as main agent pass through the convective heat exchange zone, after which they are forcefully evacuated outside.

Air, as a secondary agent, is introduced with hgh pressure through a blower in the heat exchanger where the source is and goes through the convective area.

 

Advantages of using hot air generators:

 

   - high air speed gives an intense heat transfer;

   - the available high pressure of hot air permits the use of reduced diameter transport tubes.

Operating principle for the hot air generation with condensation:

 

The metallic fiber burner with premix and with modulation evenly heats the source tube.The flue gases go through the first level of tubes, and then through the second level of tubes where condensation is created. This heat exchanger is surrounded by the moved air in the tubes where the generator is. The hot air temperature can be set through the burners power, and the air flow can be set through setting the fan speed.

   - high energy efficiency because of the possibility of condenstion recovery from the heat in the flue gases.

   - the possibility of easily setting the air temperature

   - perfect combustion, hygienic, doesn't release pollutants (CO, NOx)

The metallic fiber burners transmit direct heat, flu gases get mixed up with air directed through a fan with a variable speed.

 

Advantages of using hot air generators:

 

   - the high air speed gives an intense heat transfer

   - the fan with variable speed premits a confortable setting for hot air flow

   - the burners with modulation permit the settiing and, implicitly, the temperature of the hot air

   - the available hot pressure of the hot air permits the use of reduced diameter transport tubes.
